Regular communication from Your World Social CIC on your property
We pay for all utilities (gas, electric, water and council tax).
We employ a cleaner and a gardener to maintain your property to a high standard.
No tenant finding fees to an agent, no inventory costs, no AST’s to manage. Completely hassle free!
All tenants go through an application process and are carefully vetted to ensure that they are suitable for the available property.
Long Term Leases
Our team are highly experienced in private sector lettings, social housing, tenancy law and working with vulnerable people. We understand that landlords want tenancies to be straightforward, their rent paid on time and their property looked after.
We will enter into a lease agreement with you. We will then hold sub-tenancies, so your relationship remains directly with us. We have connections for long term leases with.

Tenancy Finding Service Only
Your World Social CIC offer a Tenant Finder Service only. We have private and vulnerable tenants waiting for accommodation and take new referrals on a daily basis. Once a tenant is found for the property we would discuss with you their suitability. If you’re happy we would then
pass the potential tenants details to a specialist credit referencing agency.
All our referencing checks include the right to reside in the UK and income & affordability checks.
We undertake all negotiation of the rental terms and our we will draw up the lease on your behalf. We also issue all legal documentation to tenants before they take possession of a rental property.
Your World Social CIC will take care of viewings of your property with the tenants.
