Mentoring / Outreach Support
Your World Social CIC floating Support service supports vulnerable people living in their own homes and social inclusion activities in the community.
Support can be delivered in your home, over the phone, through group sessions or via digital support example zoom.
We can provide one-off advice sessions, or arrange to support you over a period of time, until your needs are met.
